Order a Product Sample and Receive a Credit Voucher
Would you like to evaluate a product before placing a larger order? B2B customers can easily order a product sample. The amount paid for the sample will be returned as a credit voucher of the same value, which can be used towards your future bulk order.
You do not need to return the sample after receiving it. When placing a bulk order, we will automatically deduct the sample quantity from your order and adjust the final delivery quantity accordingly.
Example:
You order 1 duvet sample for €50. You will receive a €50 credit voucher. When you later place a bulk order for 100 duvets, you can use this voucher and we will ship 99 duvets, as the previously received sample already counts as one item from your order.
